Enrichment Classes

Feel the rush of laser tag without having to leave town because "The Siege" of Mukwonago is bringing all the laser tag equipment and structures to host a day of laser tag here at Big Foot! Sign up early because we will cut off registration when we reach our max of 50.

We will have skill challenges where we'll will get to practice and compete in different aspects of Nerf Combat before the battle royalle. Each child MUST have eye protection to participate. Bring your own Nerf guns - we will provide the “ammo."

Tree climbing is a great way to spend time in nature, get exercise, and have fun! After a how-to and safety tutorial, climbers use ropes and harnesses to climb into the towering trees. Once you’re there, you can sit or stand on the branches, swing or hang upside down!

Turn fear into POWER. Learn what to do in case of an attack, including how to break free from common grabs and holds. This hands-on course with instruction and practice will teach several techniques that are easy to memorize and extremely effective. Feeling stressed out and overwhelmed? Join us to learn simple skills you can use to gain confidence with your peers, become more comfortable in your body, and relax your mind. These classes are made to be FUN and include several yoga poses, games and drawing/art.

Let’s Get Funky! This exciting class infuses the funky style of hip hop with the technical side of jazz. Dancers will learn the fundamentals of each style. Dancers under the age of 10 with little or no experience should enroll in the 4:45 pm class. Dancers between 7-10 with dance experience should enroll in the 6:15 pm class.

Come unwind with this stretch and dance class. Class is geared toward the teen or adult who just wants to stretch to increase flexibility and feel great. This is a lower impact class that includes dance fundamentals and movements.

Big Foot Recreation is hosting Star Martial Arts Studios - a karate program with a Sport Martial Art mix of Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Muay Thai, Kung Fu, Creative Martial Arts, and more. This is a safe, fun, exciting way to improve your child’s quality of life through skills learned at class. Min 10.
