Slime Time!

Jr. Picassos - In the Park!

Get inspired as we take our art class to a beautiful outdoor setting. The Duck Pond Pavilion provides a scenic landscape with a prairie that twists and turns through the park. Jr. Picassos will bring out your child’s hidden talents by exploring various means of expression through painting, drawing, and sculpting.

Beginner Lure Making
Grades 2 - 8
This workshop will give you all the tools and parts you need to create your own fishing lures from scratch. Each week will focus on a different type of lure. From wooden glide baits to bucktails and jigs, all of these lures will be built by hand. Get ready to assemble, paint and customize real lures you can fish with!

Musical Theatre Camp: Encanto
Grades 1 - 5
Treat your child to an amazing artistic experience with endless learning opportunities that encourage creativity, culture, communication, patience, and imagination. Come live with the Madrigal family in the charming mountain town of Encanto. Let the magic of Encanto charm you like every other child except Mirabel. Mirabel may not have been given any unique gifts, but she is the Madrigal’s last hope! Help Mirabel save her hometown of Encanto! Students will learn the basics of vocal technique, choreography, and acting while working together towards a production. This is an excellent way for young artists to develop talents and foster self-confidence while working on social skills and team building. Bring a snack, and water bottle each day to camp.

Arts & Crafts Camp at Black Point Estates & Gardens
Grades 3 - 7
Your kids will experience summer life at a historic lakefront cottage as they enjoy four days of fun art and craft activities through this interactive summer camp at Black Point Estate. Activities include sessions on water color painting, photography, gardening, and even a session on maritime underwater archaeology. Along with enjoying this beautiful setting, they will also get to explore the historic house museum’s many nooks and crannies not normally available to guests. Families are invited to join their campers on Thursday for an end-of- camp art exhibition! A mid-morning snack is included but campers will need to pack their own lunch. Max 15

Kids Day: Free Fishing
Ages 15 and Under
Join the Lake Geneva Fishing Club for this free Annual Event. They will provide lunch, snacks, and beverages for kids up to age 15. Plenty of prizes for all kids while quantities last. You can bring your own fishing tackle, but the club will provide loaner fishing equipment and bait while supplies last. Club members will be available to teach fishing preparation and successful techniques, as well as assist with fishing and landing fish. Parents must attend.

Create a Bee Hotel

Growing flowers rich in nectar, native wildflowers, flowering herbs all help these little creatures vital to our existence. Many of these plants are perennial and can be added to most gardens. Each participant will learn about the benefits of bees and our reliance on their existence and make a Bee Hotel! All supplies included.

The Monarch Story

How does that little egg on a milkweed plant end up as a beautiful butterfly? And how do they get to Mexico? Learn to identify the Monarch eggs and each stage of development while gaining an understanding of their existence and migration. Participants will assemble their own laminated field guide to help discover the wonders of the Monarch on their own nature adventures.

Learn how to attract birds to your backyard garden! What to plant, what they need, removing invasive plants, providing shelter and keeping them safe. The importance of a snag! We will assemble a bird healthy cookbook to help our feathered friends through the winter months.

Create your own indoor garden you can hold in your hands! Terrariums are fun and simple to maintain so any gardener can enjoy them. All materials will be provided.

Rocketry Class

Build your rocket and blast it off! These are REAL rockets, not water rockets. In this class, participants will build a small rocket using tubes, engines, fins, cones and parachutes. Class will consist of two build days and a launch day.

Bike Tune-Up 101
All Ages
Bring your bicycle and learn the basics to keeping your bike riding smooth all summer! Topics covered will include tire/ tube replacement, brake adjustments, chain repair and regular maintenance. This is a great way to start the riding season! Bring money in case you want to ride with the group to grab ice cream after the clinic. *Children under 10 must have a parent present.

Co-Ed Tee Ball & Coach Pitch
Tee Ball: Ages 5-6; Coach Pitch: Ages 6-8
Players must provide their own glove. Every player will experience every position throughout the 6 weeks and every player bats every inning. T-Ball focuses on the basics of throwing, catching, hitting, base running and positions. Coach Pitch starts off with the basics, then works on more advanced fundamentals of the game, such as outfield relay throws, when to stretch a base hit into a double and directional hitting.

Tennis Lessons
Ages 5 - 18
Get professional lessons which will make you a better player. Lessons will focus on groundstrokes, serves, and volleys with drills practiced on all strokes, forehands, backhands, volleys, approach shots, serves and more.

Red Ball: is 75% slower than the standard tennis ball with a small court to promote success. Beginners learn the fundamentals while having a fun time.
Orange Ball
: is 50% slower than the yellow(regular) ball with a smaller size court. Proper strokes and technique will be learned in a fun game environment.
Green Ball: is 25% slower ball than the yellow with a regulation size court. Players continue to develop good techniques and movement, and begin to implement game skills and strategy.
Teen Tennis: For players who need more stroke refinement. Players will hit many balls and continue to learn the proper strokes and footwork necessary for productive match-play.
