Community Movie House

Join us for movies on our mega screen! Upcoming movies are always on our homepage. Also, new this fall - check out the new auditorium at Big Foot - the sound, screen and seats will keep you coming back!

Family Days at Moose Mountain Falls

Come swim, splash, and slide at Timber Ridge's indoor waterpark: Moose Mountain Falls! With slides, hot tubs, kiddie pools, and more there is fun for the whole family.
Access to the lodge and locker rooms begins at 12:00 pm. *Bring your own towel.

Valley Of The Kings Tour

Join us for an educational tour of this private sanctuary that cares for animals of all sizes. VOTK provides refuge for abused, abandoned or retired lions, tigers, wolves and other animals. Not open to the public, this is an opportunity to learn about these magnificent animals up close.
Advance registration required
Additional adult & child waivers are required
* Note: this is an educational tour in a farm setting. This tour may not be suitable for young children. Questions? Please contact the recreation office.

Gingerbread House Creations

Keep the mess out of the house and come out to this new family tradition! We provide handmade pre-assembled gingerbread houses, in addition to frosting, candy canes, gumdrops...all the fixings to create a beautiful house that will be sure to be a centerpiece at your house this holiday season. Gather your family together for this sweet event!

Family Holiday Cookie Baking Extravaganza

Complete all of your holiday cookie baking and keep the mess out of your kitchen. Bring your favorite recipes or choose some of the recipes provided. At the end of the evening cookies will be divided among participants. Bring containers to take home over 10 dozen holiday treats.

Root Beer Making & Tasting

Learn how to make your own root beer! Each family will make 2 gallons of root beer, designing your own labels and bottling your brew. The following week we will have a taste test and enjoy root beer floats before your take your tasty creations home. Bring your own bottles (we have caps) or purchase a case from us.
Registration deadline is October 3.
